Building Cornwall have been working with the sector through the Cornwall Construction Client Group and utilising market information to set out the strategic projects and investments in Cornwall over the next 5 years.
This £2bn of construction investment is part of a wider £12bn overall investment in the region which has been identified by the Construction Skills Network / CITB.
